Aims and Objectives
To provide an overview of the learning profile of children with Down Syndrome in primary settings.
To highlight ways of adapting good practice regarding inclusion.
To consider how to develop effective Reading and Language Intervention strategies in your classroom.
To provide strategies to manage behaviour.
To have a wider understanding of some of the challenges working with children with sensory integration and processing difficulties.
