Personal Learning Plan (PLP) Training (Primary) - 2 days

AIMS:

• To raise awareness of the statutory duties placed upon schools within the legislation of the SEND Act (NI) 2016 which relate specifically to the PLP
• To familiarise schools with the required content of the PLP
• To discuss roles and responsibilities for the PLP in the primary school
• To raise awareness of effective practice in creating, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the PLP and involving pupils and parents in this process. 
• To discuss sharing the PLP and seeking consent to share it with another school
