About this training/event

AIMS:

To raise awareness of the statutory duties placed upon schools within the legislation of the SEND Act (NI) 2016 which relate specifically to the PLP
To familiarise schools with the required content of the PLP
To discuss roles and responsibilities for the PLP in special schools
To raise awareness of effective practice in creating, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the PLP and involving pupils and parents in this process
To discuss sharing the PLP and seeking consent to share it with another school
