For many EA managers, managing people working from home has been a new experience, and has brought with it its own unique challenges. In this interactive session, we explore this new world of working, what those challenges are and how they can be overcome. We will also share ideas and tips about how to create an effective team spirit and culture for remote teams.

By the end of this session you will be able to:

• Appreciate the challenges faced by team members working remotely 
• Identify the challenges faced when managing remotely
• Have tactics and tools to overcome these challenges
• Identify the skills required when managing remotely
