Our values are the foundation of everything we do, they drive our choices, our decisions and help explain our feelings and emotions. This session will develop your understanding of Education Authority Values and their impact. This short session will give you a better understanding of EA’s Values and how they apply in practice.

• List the values of Education Authority.
• Understand associated behaviours.
