As a result of the feedback received from the 'Employee Survey - Have your Say’ whereby employees are missing social interaction, Organisational Development and Learning (OD&L) invite you to take some time out, ‘grab a cuppa’ and join your EA colleagues for a virtual tea break!
During the event you will be split into small, random groups, to enjoy a quick 15 minute tea break chatting to fellow staff from throughout the organisation! This is an opportunity for you to informally network with colleagues who you may not normally have an opportunity to meet on a day-to-day basis!
