Getting Ready to Implement the PLP: Phase 1 Primary

Aims and Objectives

• To raise awareness of the statutory duties placed upon schools within the legislation of the SEND Act (NI) 2016 which relate specifically to the PLP
• To become aware of the required content of the PLP
• To plan how the school will begin to implement the PLP
• To raise awareness of some of the key guidance materials which will support the school in implementing the PLP

Monday 16th May - Wednesday 18th May	AM Session: 9.30am - 12 noon or PM Session: 12.45pm - 3.15pm		Thursday 19th May	C2k Session: 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Monday 6th June - Wednesday 8th June	AM Session: 9.30am - 12 noon or PM Session: 12.45pm - 3.15pm		Friday 10th June	C2k Session: 11.00am - 1.00pm
Monday 13th June - Wednesday 15th June	AM Session: 9.30am - 12 noon or PM Session: 12.45pm - 3.15pm		Friday 17th June	C2k Session: 11.00am - 1.00pm

Participants MUST atttend either an AM session OR a PM session AND the corresponding C2k session (held online in school via Collaborate)
