High-performing teams are made of highly skilled employees who feel supported by their managers.  They are focused, goal-oriented and have a unified purpose of achieving superior team and organisational results.  Building a high performance team is one of the hardest, yet most rewarding challenges for any manager or leader to face.  During this session we will explore the importance of building and supporting high-performing teams within EA and how you, as a manager or aspiring manager, have a fundamental role in helping to achieve this.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session you will be able to:

• Understand your role in building and supporting high-performing teams;
• Identify key characteristics of high-performing teams;
• Develop practical strategies to stimulate consistent high performance.
