In this one-hour session  you are introduced to EA values; exploring what they are, why they are important and how they can lead to a better workplace.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session you will be able to:

• Describe the values in EA.
• Understand how you apply these in practice.
• Introduce the concept and principals of intrinsic and extrinsic values.

Staff new to post within the past 12 months.
