Our values are the foundation of everything we do, they drive our choices, our decisions and help explain our feelings and emotions. Understanding our EA Values and their impact will give you an essential tool for getting the best from yourself and those you work with. This interactive practical session will help you understand other people’s values to improve their motivation, contribution, and fulfilment. It will give practical tools and advice on how to use values to help colleagues and teams to work better together.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Have increased knowledge and understanding of the EA Values and behaviours.
• Understand how values engage and motivate staff.
• Have the skills to carry out a Values in Action workshop within your team to explore and develop EA Values
• Be better equipped to help ensure our EA Values are kept alive in your team

Staff who have line management responsibility and/or all staff who have a special interest in this topic
