This virtual programme is designed to help ‘develop all our people’ and this particular phase is targeted at Principals and EA senior managers who wish to benefit from a leadership development opportunity to maximise their skills to build a high performing team through support, development, coaching and building psychological safety at work, thereby creating a great place to work.
