About this training/event

How to Approach and Address Challenging Conversations Positively

In the workplace we have numerous interactions with staff. When these situations become tough or strained then communication can become challenging.  To deal effectively with awkward, tense, or challenging conversations, we first need to understand the common mistakes we make — and then take steps to address the conversation in a planned and prepared way. This practical programme will walk you though the challenging conversation and how to deliver effective constructive feedback while developing the skills of the manager and the employee.
