This course is cross service training provided by SEN Early Years.

AIMS:

Identify key partners in transition
Outline the core aspects of support for effective transition
Use child centred planning to develop bespoke transition plans
To reflect on issues and challenges around the transition of children with SEN and how it affects children, their families and educational professionals
