This course is cross service training provided by Pupil Support Service, SENEYIS and Primary Behaviour Support and Provisions.

AIMS:

  • Identify key partners in transition
  • Outline the core aspects of support for effective transition
  • Use child centred planning to develop bespoke transition plans
  • To reflect on issues and challenges around the transition of children with SEN and how it affects children, their families and educational professionals
