Principals & Board of Governors

Purpose of the event:

To provide an opportunity for Principals, School leaders and Board of Governors to obtain one-to-one advice and guidance on new employee relations (ER) cases and to facilitate solution focused discussion on issues covering:

• Discipline
• Grievance
• Performance Management
• Dignity at Work/Bullying & Harassment
• Probationary

Bookable 45 minute appointments are available from 9.30am - 10.15am, 10.45am -11.30am, 11.45am -12.30pm with an ER Advisor 

Please Note:

The ER Clinic Case Information Form should be completed preferably 1 week in advance of the  ER clinic to enable the ER team to prepare and identify an appropriate ER Adviser.

Please note that this is not a training course however ER training sessions will become  available in due course.
