Outcomes:

• Awareness of core aspects of the Addressing Bullying in Schools Act N.I. (2016) legislation and guidance. 
• Shared understanding of the definition of bullying type behaviour to be used in all schools in Northern Ireland. 
• Knowledge of the potential signs/symptoms of bullying type behaviour and systems for reporting/sharing any concerns.  
• Understanding what to do if you have a concern or one is shared with you, and the systems and processes for follow-up of concerns in your school.
