Communicating confidently doesn’t come naturally to everyone.  We all have different communication styles and process information in different ways.  However, with some practice and a few simple tips, you can develop your communication techniques and feel more confident when speaking with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders throughout EA.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Understand the impact of confident communication.
• Use body language to maximise engagement and/or to feel heard.
• Communicate for impact by utilising the power of pause, paraphrasing and silence.
• Feel more confident, positive, and energised when communicating with others.
