Overview
We recognise how important it is to take care of the adults who are supporting children and young people, including those who are Looked After.
This training provides foundational information on self-regulation and explores how school communities can develop a culture of caring, supporting adults to look after themselves and each other.
What’s included
This training is divided into three pre-recorded sessions (approx. 1.5 hours in total):
Why it is important to look after ourselves, understanding stress responses, and supporting the basics of regulation
Practical ideas and approaches to support a more regulated state
Creating a culture of caring within school communities
