In this challenging time, as necessity means that many staff members in schools and across EA are working remotely from home, it is more essential than ever that principals and managers receive the tools they need to strengthen communication, wellbeing and engagement within their teams.

This virtual programme is designed to help ‘develop all our people’ and is targeted at principals and line managers within EA who wish to benefit from a leadership development opportunity to maximise their skills to build a high performing team through support, development, coaching and building psychological safety at work, thereby creating a great place to work.
