Delivering a Great Customer Experience

Customer service is the cornerstone of a solid, flourishing organisation. The aim of this training course is to enable learners to create, maintain and build upon a positive and informed culture of customer care within The Education Authority.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session, you will:

  • Establish why poor customer service happens.
  • Grasp the importance of the lifetime value of each customer and of building sound relationships with customers in line with the customer charter.
  • Develop a coping strategy for dealing with the difficult customer.
