In preparation for the training session please familiarise yourself with the Complaints Procedure and associated Guidance Materials.
The current situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) is constantly changing and being updated. We are very keen that this training session will proceed and will make alternative arrangements if we are unable to facilitate a face to face session. Please hold the date as planned.
