Meetings are vitally important, if done well – they can be one of the most effective tools to showcase leadership, make important decisions and strengthen relationships. However, many people regard them as long, frustrating and inefficient. In this session we will look at what makes a great meeting, when should you hold them (and when should you not), how to improve your meeting management skills, and how to hold a productive meeting whether in person or virtually. We will also look at setting agendas, actioning items and taking minutes.
