Who should attend?

Management positions that can apply for this programme include grades from Senior Admin Officer to Principal Officers (or equivalent grades) and deputy school principals. You must have staff management responsibility and support from your line manager.

Participants will by the end of the program

• Be aware of own leadership style and behaviours and the impact these have on others
• Understand how to foster a compassionate culture
• Develop understanding of key areas, including Influence and build networks, coaching skills and improving quality
• Have the necessary capabilities to initiate and manage change within their teams and with peers
• Have developed skills in the ‘coach approach’ and understand how to develop a culture of support and challenge with teams and peers

• Applicants must receive approval from their line manager prior to applying for the programme.
• Applicants must have line management responsibility
• Attendance at all modules is mandatory, therefore, applicants should ensure they are available to attend all modules prior to applying.
