This programme is designed to equip school leaders with the skills and confidence to use coaching as a leadership tool to enhance staff performance and ultimately maximise the potential of all children and young people.

AIMS:

The learning is explored through the lens of school leadership and focuses on how coaching can be developed, expanded and embedded within a school setting. 

TIME:

9.30am - 3.30pm

REGISTRATION:

School Leader as Coach is a three-day programme.  Attendance at all three days is required to receive the Association for Coaching certificate.
