Regardless of your position in EA, decision making is an important skill to have.  It is only through making informed decisions that there can be any kind of improvement, development or enhancement of people, processes, services and outcomes within EA.

• Have a greater insight into the decision-making process;
• Learn how to improve decision-making using various techniques and methods;
• Understand decision making traps and how to overcome these.
