The Agile Performance Framework (branded Performance & Achievement Conversations) is a key element of the ‘developing our talent’ theme of the Organisational Development Strategy and will have a positive impact on the overall EA business planning process and delivery of business objectives, which cascade to an individual level.  The two key features of this approach to workplace conversations are:

(1) Regular monthly check-ins with staff

(2) Using management coaching skills.

It is recognised that many high performing managers will already demonstrate aspects of this approach, however, it will be important for leaders at all levels to adopt and role model this in order to build a high performance culture.
