Café Conversations

We welcome representation from the following stakeholders at these events: Principals, Teachers, School Based Support Staff, School Governors, Trade Union Reps, Educational Partners, Equality Groups, Political Representatives and EA Operations and Estates Frontline Services Staff.  Please note that the events scheduled for 30th March 2023 and 19 April 2023 have been reserved for school-based staff and school governors only.

We would like to invite you to join the conversation about our current culture, our practices, what is working and what needs to happen to meet our ambitions for the next five years. We are hosting a series of engagement events called ‘Café Conversations’ which you can join either virtually or in-person at one of our venues across the region. We recognise the importance of listening to the views of our stakeholders and staff to ensure an appropriate People Plan is formulated. This is an opportunity for you to have your say on the development of our plans.
