Great People Manager Programme

The EA Great People Manager Programme offers those in line management roles the unique opportunity to develop their capability around key line manager essentials and leadership skills, supporting them in their role and helping to build EA as a great place to work. 

This programme is designed to help ‘develop all our people’ and this particular phase is targeted at senior EA managers who have line management responsibilities for teams or individuals,  who wish to benefit from a leadership development opportunity to maximise their skills to build a high performing team through support, development, coaching and building psychological safety at work, thereby creating a great place to work.  Those with line management responsibility includes providing supervision, leading a team (or service) or providing strategic direction and guidance across the organisation.  For example, this programme is for you if:

• You have line management responsibility to support delivery of key services e.g. catering, transport, operations, and payroll
• You lead a team in the delivery of education services to schools/children and young people
• You lead the transformation of services
• You provide strategic advisory guidance and support service across the EA

Through a structured, practical, immersive and blended learning experience, the programme is designed to provide you with the skills and tools to engage, inspire, motivate and support your teams to achieve goals and improve personal, team and organisational effectiveness.
