New SENCo Induction (Post Primary)

At training we will:

•Explore the leadership and management aspects of the SENCo role: supporting your wellbeing; leading your team; and managing your time

•Outline the roles and responsibilities of SEN in the context of the current legislation

•Consider how to embed a graduated response within your setting

•Discuss some of the key strategic and operational duties of the SENCo

This is a two day course and runs each day from 9:30am -  3:00pm (Lunch will not be provided)
