In today’s world, creative problem solving is recognised as a key skill for organisations. Design Thinking is a design methodology that provides an innovative, human-centred approach to problem solving and is characterised by focusing on solutions rather than problems. In this session we will explore exactly what design thinking is, look at the design thinking process and learn practical techniques and tools to help understand our stakeholders and how we can help them, through this creative problem solving process.
