How to Manage Agile Teams

Given the changes to the work environment due to Covid, and the recently developed option of Agile working, this session will look at the challenges of an Agile workplace and the strategies a manager can implement to mitigate these. The session will also advise on how to take advantage of the opportunities in this new way of working.

This is general training on managing a agile team and not training on the agile working policy.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session you will be able to:

• Understand the differences and challenges of an Agile working environment
• Develop knowledge and skills around the performance management of Agile Staff
• Understand the challenges of communication in an agile working environment and implement strategies to counter these.
