GSuite - Getting the most from Google Forms

Learn how to:
-create a survey and auto-collect data in Sheets or Excel

GSuite - Creative and Collaborative Opportunities in G Suite

We will look at how:
-teachers and pupils can easily and collaboratively create websites
-Jamboard can be used as a digital whiteboard with Classroom and/or Meet

GSuite - Introduction to Google Meet

Guidance will be provided on delivering live lessons and online meetings. Options for parent meetings will also be discussed and new features rolling out e.g. Breakout Rooms, Polling, Q & A and Attendance Reports will be shown.

O365 - Using Class Notebook in Teams

This session will demonstrate the added advantages of using Class Notebook within Teams.  It is best suited to those already familiar with using class teams.  Class Notebook allows school departments to co-create resources centrally and then distribute easily to class teams.  It provides areas for individual student working as well as group collaboration

O365 - Unleasing the power of MS Forms

This session will step through how to create a MS Form for surveys and quizzes/Tests. It will also include:
 - Overview of new features and settings
 - Learn how Forms easily integrates into other apps

O365 - Teams’ Meetings in Remote Learning

Meetings is a versatile but secure VC tool that can be used for everything from ad hoc video calls with colleages, remote learning lessons in Teams to larger school events.

This session will provide an overview of how to easily set up a meeting and manage the settings to suit your meeting type.  It will provide an overview of the features available to you to deliver your presentation/lesson and manage attendee engagement.

O365 - Using Sway in Remote Learning

Sway is a simple but effective web-based tool that allows for resources to be easily shared simply via a URL link.
In this session, learn how you can create a resource and continute to add to it even after sharing the link. 

 - Overview of how Sway can be used to support learning and home communication
 - Learn how to add content including  video and audio
 - Link to shared files and embed quizzes for pupil engagement
