C2k - Introduction to SIMS.net Training

C2k is offering an Introduction to SIMS .net training course which covers the day to day processes in SIMS .net.  This training is most relevant for new administration staff.

Course Content:

• Essential information for new staff: SIMS .net and what is it used for
• Pupil/Student Records (searching for/adding Pupil records, including adding addresses and contacts correctly to ensure House Symbols and Family Links appear)
• Updating Pupil Records
• Leavers Process (including Pupil Movement and re-admitting pupils)
• CTF Process and using AnyComms App
• Changing Enrolment Status
• SIMS .net Basic Reports
• Editing Academic Year
• Recording Attendance and running Attendance Reports

This course will take place Online spread over 3 sessions on Microsoft Teams. It is recommended that new administration staff attend all 3 sessions.

Recordings of previous Introduction to SIMS .net Training online sessions are available on the C2k Media Library.  This may be beneficial for those who are unable to attend the course, or for more experienced members of administration staff.  The 2024 online sessions will also be recorded.
