C2k SIMS.net Housekeeping and Maintenance Training

C2k are offering a one day training course (10am – 3pm) on SIMS.net Housekeeping and Maintenance and will benefit both new and existing admin staff who wish to become more familiar with housekeeping routines within SIMS.net.  Training will take place in each of the four C2k Centres between 13th and 26th November and is offering 1 place per school. 

The Training course will include:

• Tidying Family Links

• Duplicate Contacts

• Student Photographs

• Editing Lookups

• Bulk update

• Updating Group Memberships

• Updating the Pastoral Structure

• Using & Configuring the Home Page

• Tidying Agencies & Agents

As this is an all-day course, lunch will be provided.  The closing date for booking is Friday 1st November @10am.  A confirmation email will be sent to the applicant prior to the course date.
