Collaborate Ultra Support Sessions

EA C2k eLearning Team will be offering a support sessions to help schools get started with Collaborate Ultra. Collaborate Ultra launched within EA C2k in March 2020 and is a secure Video Conferencing solution for Education. Every teaching and non-teaching member of staff in school has their own Collaborate Ultra account. These will be live, thirty-minute sessions providing support for teachers starting out with Collaborate Ultra. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis and are open to Primary, Post-Primary, Special school and EOTAS.

In this session you will learn how to: access the software, invite attendees, create sessions, chat, audio, video, share content, control a session using access rights and record.

In order to support as many schools and centres as possible, a maximum of three teachers per school can join each session. We will seek to provide additional sessions should demand exceed the places currently available.

A confirmation email will be sent to all successful applicants prior to the course date. As our courses are in huge demand we would appreciate if you could inform us prior to any EA C2k training courses if you cannot attend.  This will allow us to provide a training opportunity to someone on the course reserve list.
