Development Of A Positive Behaviour Policy

This training is delivered over 2 days and will be accumulative in nature; each session’s learning building on the next, with follow up work required in school prior to the next session.

Day 1

• Policy contents audit;
• Inspection Self-Evaluation Framework (ISEF) documents and their relevance for policy development;
• Outline the policy framework.

Day 2

Continuation on from Day 1 looking at the Policy framework including a series of workshops to equip participants with practical activities to take back to their school staff for implementation and will cover the aspects of the policy that require consultation with all stakeholders e.g. Values, Ethos, Class plan for learning.

Teachers, SENCos and Minimum of 2 members of staff from SMT (this could include a Govenor)
