Roisin Woods will share the story of St Patrick's College, Banbridge, in establishing and embedding a strong ethos, vision and values. Through her presentation, Roisin will discuss the strategies and initiatives that have been implemented to create a cohesive and inclusive school culture. She will highlight the importance of engaging students, staff and the wider community in this process and provide practical examples of how these principles have been integrated into everyday school life. This session is ideal for classroom practitioners and leaders looking to foster a positive and thriving school environment in a post-primary setting.
