This final session, led by Helen Doherty and Michael Fegan from St Colman's College, Newry, is designed for school leaders and focuses on how AI can support strategic planning, data analysis and school improvement. It explores leadership responsibilities around policy, ethics and staff development.

Aims:

• Explore how AI can support school improvement and leadership;
• Discuss policy, governance and ethical leadership in the age of AI.
