This training will take the form of:

Aim

Understand and implement the Risk Assessment and Risk Reduction Planning Process

Term 2 a 1 x full day  training for the Principal and Learning Support Co-Ordinator or Class Teacher

Outcomes

• To develop an awareness of current legislation and guidance
• To gain a wider understanding of behaviour
• To understand the process of preparing  a Risk Reduction Action Plan

​Term 3 one half day

Outcomes

• Prepare a Risk Reduction Action Plan, workshop & feedback
• Tracking, monitoring and review process
• Management Implications for schools
