The course is for anyone new to the role of Exams Officer in Post Primary, Special or EOTAS.
The Course will demonstrate how to set up the Examinations Organiser module in SIMS and use it to make examination entries. It will also give an overview of the support available for an Examinations Officer.
The Course will cover the following:
- Setups in Exams Organiser
- Import and refresh of basedata
- Entering Candidates Individually
- Making entries using marksheets
- Creation of submission files
- Linking exam awards to courses in SIMS
