C2k - SIMS .net - new Pupil Movement Functionality – CTF Matching Screen Overview

Dear Principal,

As discussed in our recent telephone conversation a new functionality “The CTF Matching Screen” is being introduced in SIMS to improve the data integrity of importing CTFs.  The new functionality will allow schools to view and match the name(s) of pupil(s) in importing CTFs, against pupils’ records in SIMS.

EA (C2k) are planning to run a pilot with around 28 schools to test the new functionality and how best it can be integrated with SIMS administration processes in schools.  The pilot will run from 30^th November 2020 to 15^th January 2021.

An online overview of the CTF Matching Screen, will be held on 27^th November 2020, from 10.30am to 11.30am.  This is aimed at staff who import CTFs into SIMS. 

Please confirm your participation in the pilot by arranging for the relevant staff member to register their details via the link below by 5.00pm on Friday 20^th November 2020.

All applicants will receive an email after 20^th November, to confirm their place and provide further instructions on how to access the online overview.
