First-Time Vice Principals' Support Programme

The next day for the group of newly-appointed VPs will take place on October 19^th  . The focus is on Monitoring Learning and Teaching in the new context and we would ask you to arrange cover for the whole day to be able to make the most of this professional development.

There is a Restart PowerPoint created by the TPL team in EA which has yet to be released to all schools and we intend to use it to answer the following questions:

How do we Restart Teaching and Learning?

1. What is our baseline and what has worked well?
   1. What first-hand evidence could we use to back this up?
   2. What have other schools done, looking at effective practice elsewhere and asking how can we make it suit our own context?
2. How can we implement plans to move forward our priorities?
   1. How can we identify and meet the professional development needs for the new context?
   2. What questions can we ask of ourselves and our teams to make it happen?
