Day 2 will focus on how to develop personal and professional skills in managing yourself and other people. There will also be discussion around the most-frequently occurring scenarios based on difficult conversations. You will be provided with frameworks for support.
If you would like to attend this session, please choose from one of the 2 dates/venues below and complete the short registration form. You will then receive a confirmation email of your place.
