PLP Phase 2 Training - Nursery

Aims and Learning Outcomes:

• To raise awareness of the statutory duties placed upon schools within the legislation of the SEND Act (NI) 2016 which relate specifically to the PLP
• To raise awareness of effective practice in creating, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the PLP and involving pupils and parents in this process
• To discuss sharing the PLP and seeking consent to share it with another school
• To provide schools with PLP training and guidance materials to support them in the initial implementation of the PLP
