C2k - SIMS.net Housekeeping and Maintenance Training

As part of the ongoing data cleansing process, C2k is working with schools in order to tidy SIMS data.  This involves carrying out ‘housekeeping’ routines in SIMS. 

To support this work, C2k is offering a SIMS .net Housekeeping and Maintenance training course for administration staff.  Please note that there is one place available per school and that preference will be given to new staff.

Course Content:

• Identifying and Updating Family Links
• Managing Contacts
• Name Format Tidy
• Editing Lookups
• Bulk Update Routine
• Updating Group Memberships
• Editing the Pastoral Structure
• Using & Configuring the Home Page
• Tidying Agencies & Agents

This course will take place in C2k Training Rooms on the following dates:

Lunch will be provided.  Please inform us of any dietary requirements.
