Dear Principal,

New functionality is being introduced in SIMS to improve data integrity when importing CTFs.  The new functionality “CTF Matching Screen” allows schools to view and match the name(s) of pupil(s) when importing CTFs, against pupils’ records in SIMS. This is a small but significant change to the CTF process.

It is recommended that a member of staff attends an overview to familiarise themselves with the new functionality. This is aimed at staff in school who import CTFs into SIMS. The new CTF functionality will be enabled after attending an online overview.
