C2k - Introduction to SIMS.net

C2k is offering Introduction to SIMS .net training which covers the day to day processes in SIMS .net.  This training is most relevant for new administration staff.

Course Content:

• Essential information for new staff: SIMS .net and what is it used for
• Pupil/Student Records (searching for/adding Pupil records, including adding addresses and contacts correctly to ensure House Symbols and Family Links appear)
• Updating Pupil Records
• Leavers Process (including Pupil Movement and re-admitting pupils)
• CTF Process and using AnyComms App
• SIMS .net Basic Reports
• Academic Year
• Recording Attendance
• Attendance Reports

Lunch will be provided.  Please inform us of any dietary requirements.

Introduction to SIMS .net - Online

C2k will also be offering this course as online training using Collaborate Ultra.  The course is split over 3 sessions.  It is recommended that new administration staff opting for online training attend all 3 sessions.

Online session dates and content:

Please note - The Collaborate Ultra sessions will be open 30 minutes prior to the start time to allow time to log in and check access.

If this will be your first time joining an online session a video is available on Media Library to assist - Video

Please complete the online booking form selecting the session most suitable.

A confirmation email will be sent which will include details of how to access the online sessions for those that have selected this option.
