C2k is offering Introduction to SIMS .net training which covers the day to day processes in SIMS .net. This training is most relevant for new administration staff.
Course Content:
- Essential information for new staff: SIMS .net and what is it used for
- Pupil/Student Records (searching for/adding Pupil records, including adding addresses and contacts correctly to ensure House Symbols and Family Links appear)
- Updating Pupil Records
- Leavers Process (including Pupil Movement and re-admitting pupils)
- CTF Process and using AnyComms App
- SIMS .net Basic Reports
- Academic Year
- Recording Attendance
- Attendance Reports

C2k will also be offering this course as online training using Collaborate Ultra. The course is split over 3 sessions. It is recommended that new administration staff opting for online training attend all 3 sessions.

Please note - The Collaborate Ultra sessions will be open 30 minutes prior to the start time to allow time to log in and check access.
