Enriching Mathematical Reasoning and Problem Solving

Primary Mathematics and Numeracy -> Enriching Mathematical Reasoning and Problem Solving

The key area for Enriching Mathematical Reasoning and Problem Solving will consist of a blend of online and 'in-person' sessions.  The introductory session will be online and is available to all teachers.  This will be followed by a three-day 'in-person' module for Numeracy Co-ordinators.  The modules will cover all key stages and will focus on the development of mathematical reasoning and problem solving skills with suitable open-ended activities to promote active and collaborative learning. Numeracy Co-ordinators will be provided with a wide range of practical ideas and activities which they can readily disseminate to their colleagues and use in Mathematics and Numeracy lessons.
