All Governors in Nursery, Primary and Post Primary Schools

Aims:

To update Governors on progress of SEND Act (NI) 2016

Course Objectives/ Outcomes:

To raise awareness of current and new legislation and policy in regard to children and young people with SEN including the new duties as outlined in the SEND Act (NI) 2016.
To discuss the timeframe for the full implementation of the SEND Act (NI) 2016.
