TRANSITION- Supporting transition for the child with special educational needs in the Early Years

This course will focus on:

• To understand the process of transition.

• To consider additional practices to optimise successful transition for the child with Special educational needs

• To reflect on the issues and challenges around the transition of children with SEN, their parents and educational professionals

• To explore best practice in providing effective early years transition support for all children and for children with SEN
