About this training/event

The Newly Appointed Vice-Principals' Support Programme is designed to support Vice Principals in their new role.

Day 1 of the programme will take place on Thursday 5 October 2023 in Antrim Board Centre from 9.15am 3.00pm

Programme Outline

9.15am - 9.30am	Arrival and Registration
9.30am - 10.40am	Introduction to EA and Locality Support
10.40am - 11.10am	Break for Refreshments
11.10am - 12.30pm	Preparing for the year ahead What to expect from the year's support programme and advice from experienced vice Principals
12,30pm - 1.15pm	Lunch Break - Food available in the restaurant, on a cash only system
1.15pm - 2.30pm	'Listening Well to Lead Well' and phase-specific guidance
2.30pm - 3.00pm	Connections, Reflections and Evaluation
